Delivery Notes

Delivery notes allow items to be booked out to a customer without raising an invoices. The invoice must be raised at a later date otherwise the customer will never be charged for the items and the delivery note will remain outstanding.

How do I make a delivery note?

After making the quotation click the Delivery Note button at the bottom of the New Sale screen. Only account customers can have delivery notes.

How do I invoice a delivery note?

  1. Open a new sale
  2. Enter the Customer ID
  3. From the toolbar select Menu, Bookout, Add delivery note
  4. Select the delivery note and press ok.

The delivery note will show on the screen as a single line. When the invoice is printed, each delivery will be itemised and a description of the delivery note will be place above the items.

Can I put multiple delivery notes on an invoice?

Yes, simply repeat the process for adding a delivery note to an invoice.
